How this works
- Download the pre-filled template for this customer.
- Open in Excel. Fill in unit forecasts in the month columns. Existing forecasts are already loaded — edit them or leave blank.
- Do not change column headers, SKU rows, or the top meta block (rows 1–4). The template enforces these.
- Save the file and upload it back here. Each customer has its own template — you can't upload one customer's template to another.
